Payment Methods<\/h3>\n

You can make payment in advance by bank transfer. Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

Prices<\/h3>\n

All prices in our Online Shop are exclusive of 19% VAT, shipping costs and any costs for special handling.<\/p>\n

The total price including all costs incurred will be displayed in your order form before you submit your order. Following receipt of your order you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt. After the Immunservice Team has checked your order, you will then receive an order confirmation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

Terms of delivery<\/h3>\n

Shipment is ex store Hamburg. The delivery time is five (5) working days and begins with conclusion of the contract. The delivery period for advance payment begins the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank and ends with the last day of the delivery time.<\/p>\n

We ship products that are not temperature sensitive by Standard Shipping. The shipping time in this case is 1-2 days. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped by Express Shipping only with a shipping time < 24 hours.<\/p>\n

Both Standard and Express shipments go out Tuesday \u2013 Thursday. No shipping takes place on Mondays and Fridays.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

Shipping Costs<\/h3>\n

Immunservice GmbH will charge the buyer for the following shipping costs:<\/p>\n

1) Shipping costs within Germany<\/strong><\/p>\n

    2) Shipping costs within the EU (outside Germany)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Standard Shipping costs within the EU: \u20ac 90<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3) Shipping costs the EU worldwide only possible by arrangement<\/strong><\/p>\n
