This optimized cell culture medium contains a mixture of three isoforms of the recombinant human IL-2 (rhIL-2): glycosylated tetrasaccharides, glycosylated and non-glycosylatet trisaccharides. rhIL-2 is biosimilar to natural IL-2 and particularly stable. i2Cult IL-2 Complete Medium is supplemented with FCS and contains special additives, which are supporting the optimal proliferation of IL-2-dependent cells. In addition, i2Cult IL-2 Complete Medium provides utmost cell viability.
