Personal data are collected and stored only if provided by the customer for order processing or by email or in a contact form as part of an enquiry.
The personal data collected on this occasion will be used for order processing or to process the customer’s requests. In processing the order, the personal data of the customer may also be disclosed to partner companies if this is required for correct performance of contract. Such partner companies are in particular freight or courier companies. Apart from that, personal data of the customer may also be disclosed to third parties in order to enforce claims from the business relationship against the customer or if this is required by law. After the contract has been fully implemented, the customer’s data will be stored for the period required by tax and commercial law but deleted at the end of this period unless the customer explicitly consents to further use of this data.
Storage and processing are always in accordance with the legal data protection regulations, in particular the German Federal Data Protection Act.
According to the German Federal Data Protection Act you have the right to free information on your stored data as well as the right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data.
