Our immunological laboratories are specialized in the determination of bioactive interleukin-2, which originates from cell culture supernatants, tumor lysates or serum and can be measured by us for scientific purposes. The measurements are performed by a proliferation assay established in our laboratories for many years using the established murine cell line CTLL-2. The calibration of the assay was performed according to the 2nd International WHO Standard.

The measurement of your samples is performed according to the highest quality criteria. Each sample is measured in triplicates and in at least 3 independent assays. This way you will get a meaningful and accurate result of your samples in any case.
