For the culture of CTLL-2 cells and other IL-2-dependent cells
Immunservice’s i2Cult CTLL-2 Complete Medium is a ready-to use medium for the culture of the Interleukin-2-dependent murine T-cell line CTLL-2 and other IL-2 dependent cells. This optimized cell culture medium contains a mixture of three isoforms of the recombinant human IL-2 (rhIL-2): glycosylated tetrasaccharides, glycosylated and non-glycosylatet trisaccharides. rhIL-2 is biosimilar to natural IL-2 and particularly stable. i2Cult IL-2 Complete Medium is supplemented with FCS and contains special additives, which are supporting the optimal proliferation of IL-2-dependent cells. In addition, i2Cult IL-2 Complete Medium provides utmost cell viability. The medium contains no antibiotics and is free of bacterial and fungal contaminations.

Ingredients
i2Cult IL-2 Complete Medium is the only medium on the market worldwide that contains a special recombinant human interleukin-2 and is stable for several months. It consists of RPMI 1640 Medium combined with a special mixture of glycosylated and unglycosylated isoforms of human IL-2, 10% FCS and other additives.
